This Project has been planned as Multi Story Business and Trade Center in Çekmeköy District and the construction have been started. Total construction area of the Project is 29.750m2. Excavation quantity of the Project is 125.000 m3 and ground improvement has been done by using 15.000 meters anchoraged shoring and jet grout concrete. Base area of the Project is 4.250.m2. It has been constructed as 7 stories of which 2 stories is vehicle park, 4 stories is trade and shopping and top story is restaurant and social facilities. |
